To lead this initiative, Novra Group announced the appointment of Gary Carter as Vice President, Government & Defense. A longtime leader within the company, Carter brings deep experience across both technology and business development. His strong relationships within the sector, familiarity with procurement processes, and graspof emerging technology requirements position him to lead this interdisciplinary effort.
Novra Group's solutions for this market include IP encapsulators, encryption technologies, and a range of rugged, highly reliable satellite receivers designed forfixed and mobile deployments across land, sea, and air environments.
